A small terrace of C18 cottages. 2 storeys. 1 window each. Red brick.
Tiled roofs. Sliding windows on the lst floor. Nos 3 and 4 have a later
bay window of 5 narrow lights on the ground floor. Doorways in pairs with
pilasters and small flat hoods.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) The Forge & Forge House form a group with the South
Side of the Landgate, & Nos 1 & 2 Landgate.
