Originally a house, now cottages, in the centre of the cement works. Early
C19. Stuccoed slate roof. Consists of a centre portion of 2 paralled ranges,
containing 2 storeys and 3 windows, and little flanking wings of one storey
and one window each with pediments over. Windows of pointed lights with dripstones
over and glazing bars intact, those on ground floor being French windows and
those on the first floor casements.
