Originally Wellhouse Farm. C17 or earlier timber-framed building with roughcast
infilling at the back, ground floor of the front refaced with red brick, first
floor of the east front faced with tarred weather-boarding. Tiled roof.
Casement windows. Two storeys. Three windows.
