C18. Two storeys. Four windows. Red brick. Wooden eaves cornice. Tiled
roof. Glazing bars intact. Doorway with projecting cornice over, rectangular
fanlight and door of 6 fielded panels. Eric Gill, sculptor, lived here from
1907-1912.
