Pelham Cottages
(Nos 1 and 2)

Formerly Knight's Almshouses. Dated 1869. One storey. Four windows. Faced
with rough flints with red brick dressings and quoins. Tiled roof. Casement
windows with latticed panes. The end window-bays project with scallopped bargeboards.
Central projecting porch with similar gable containing the Pelham cartouche.
The other gables have the date and the initials "MC".
