Small late C18 building with the external appearance of a Summer-house but
partly lined with tiles and so probably an ornamental Dairy. One storey.
Two windows. Faced with flints with red brick window dressings and quoins.
Hipped thatched roof. The east and west fronts each have a slight curve in
the centre. Pointed windows and doorway. Two square-headed recesses.
