25.2.52 No (Regency House) and railings

GV II

House. Early C19. Stuccoed with string-course over first floor and parapet
hiding roof with end stacks. 3 storeys and basement; regular 3 window front,
glazing bar sashes, on first floor in arched panels with half-H aprons below.
Later C19 splayed bay on ground floor to right. Central entrance with
panelled door and overlight. The lefthand return front of Regency House
forms the righthand block of the trio of which Nos 207 and 208 are the
other constituent parts, on the High Street. Also known as No 210, High Street,
(q.v.).
