25.2.52 Bartholomew House & railings


House pair, now house. Early C19. Black glazed mathematical tiles
deep flat wooden eaves soffit to low-pitched pyramidal slate roof and
central brick stacks. 3 storeys and basement; 2 window front handed
pair, glazing bar sashes, on second floor shallower than those below,
with single central window on ground floor. Round-arched entrances to
left and right, both with moulded surrounds with key- and impost-blocks.
Panelled door to left with square-leaded fanlight over, up three steps.
Lower panelled door to right with panelling and plain fanlight over.
Arrow-head railings between.
