Former stables to Malling
House

GV II

Stables, now offices. Mid-late C17, altered in C19 and C2O. Red brick
on flint plinth. Rusticated brick quoins and red brick pilaster strips.
Hipped bell-cast plain tiled roof. Two storeys; five bays. Fenestration
regular but altered with central window lowered. C19 casements, mullioned and
cross-windows, except two C17 cross-windows on first floor to left. Doors,
both boarded, at extreme left and in second bay from right. Stone extension to
north with central pediment over wide segmental keyed carriage-arch, now blocked.
