House, later shop, now house. Early C19. Chequered red and grey brick
with boxed eaves to slate roof with rendered stack to right. 3 storeys;
single window front, glazing bar sashes. Splayed bay with C20 glazing on
ground floor, fascia-board over. Arched entrance with panelled door
and radiating fanlight. Included for group value.
