even quoins overlaid with panelled pilaster strips. Boxed eaves to
slate roof with central flat-headed dormer and stack to right. 3 storeys;
2 window front, glazing bar sashes in red brick dressed surrounds with
gauged brick heads. Deep fascia board over ground floor with C20 double
shop-front and recessed central entrance. Included for group value.
