GV II

House. Early C19. Rendered with boxed eaves to plain tiled roof
with segment-headed dormer and stack to right. 3 storeys, attic and
basement; single window front, shifted to left with 4-light casement
on second floor, canted oriel bay with moulded cornice on first floor
and tripartite sash on ground floor. Half-glazed door to left of centre
with narrow transom-light over. Pilastered surround with triangular
pediment over. Recessed entrance to extreme left with half-glazed
door behind.
