House, now office. Later C18. Stuccoed with modillioned eaves cornice to
low pitched slate roof. Rusticated quoins. 3 storeys and basement;
regular 3 window front, sashes without glazing bars in raised moulded surrounds.
Central panelled door in moulded surround with triangular pediment. 4 steps to
door flying over area with spear-head railings and vase-head standards curling
round area. Pair of segment-head casements in area. Anthemion boot-scraper to
right of door. Interior: 2-flight return staircase with turned balusters,
columnar newels and flat ramped handrail. Dado-panelling.
