GV II

House. Mid C19. Channelled stuccoed ground floor, gault brick above with
stuccoed rusticated quoins. Plinth and moulded cill bands, that below first
floor windows as raised panelled bases to windows. Paired brackets to deep
eaves cornice. Slate roof with large stack to right. 3 storeys; regular
3 window front, margin-light sashes with entablature hoods to first-floor
windows and architrave surrounds to all windows above the ground floor.
Hound-headed windows on ground-floor in recesses with bracketted cills, impost
mouldings and brackets. Round-arched and recessed doorway to left with
impost mouldings and brackets over. Panelled door with arch-light over.
