House, now office. Early C19. Cement render, horizontally rusticated on ground
floor with band and moulded cornice to low parapet. Slate roof with end stack
to right. 2 storeys; regular 4 window front, glazing bar sashes in
architrave moulded surrounds on first floor. Shallow porch to right with
pilaster surround.
