House pair, now shop and tea-room. Late C18. Mathematically-tiled with
wooden block quoins and modillioned cornice to slate hipped low-pitched roof
with end brick stacks. One flat-headed dormer to left. 3 storeys with
attic and basement; regular 4 window front, the inner pair sashes, the
outer tripartite sashes in wide segmental bows. Paired central panelled
doors with transom lights over, in double entrance with panelled reveals
and wide segmental pediment with fan decoration on brackets over.
