House, now shop. Early C18. Timber-framed and tile-hung to street,
with weatherboarded return front to river. Boxed eaves, canted up to
right to plain tiled roof, half-hipped to right, with swept eaves.
End stack to left and stack just off-ridge at right of front. Sky-
light to left. 2 storeys; irregular fenestration of 3 windows on first
floor, later C20 glazing bar casements. Early C20 double shop-front of
ground-floor with glazed door inset to left.
