The Mill House
GV II
House. Circa 1830. Grey brick with red quoins and dressings, with
chequered red and grey brick sides. Moulded wooden eaves cornice to
shallow pyramidally-hipped slate roof with end stack to left and rear
stack to right. 3 storeys with shallower second storey; regular 3
window front, glazing bar sashes in brick dressed surrounds with gauged
heads. Central second floor window blind. Central entrance with
moulded round-arched surround, panelled door and arched overlight.
Formerly the Mill House of Malling Mill.
