House. Early C19. Stuccoed and rusticated on ground floor with plat band
and moulded cornice to parapet. Slate roof with end stacks. 2 storeys
and basement; regular three window front, narrower window in centre, glazing
bar sashes. Central arched entrance with antae reveals and keyblock.
Doric half-columned surround topped by open segmental pediment. Half-
glazed door with plain fanlight.
