House. Early C19. Grey brick headers with painted brick quoins and
dressings. Modillioned wooden eaves cornice to slate roof with stack
to left and segment-headed dormer. 3 storeys; single window front,
shallow casement on second floor, marginlight sash on first floor and
canted single shopfront on ground floor to right with arched lights.
Panelled door to left with inset fanlight and flat pentice hood on
brackets over. Included for group value.
