Barn 5 yards north-west
of Anne of Cleeves' House


Barn. C16, considerably rebuilt in C18, C19 and C2O, Timber-framed
tilehung on gable end to north with wall to Potter's lane of coursed
dressed stone in lowest courses with flint and brick walling above.
Plain tiled roof. Irregular openings on west wall of 4 above 3 with
a single opening below, mostly red brick dressed. Interior: Crown-
post collar-purlin roof with inserted stepped purlins. Square crown-
posts with four upward and two larger downward braces. Four bays.
