GV II

House. Early - mid C18, plastered in early - mid C19. Channelled
cement render on ground floor with plat band and plain rendered first
floor. Moulded wooden eaves cornice to plain tiled roof with stack
behind ridge to left and right end ridge stack and two segmental-head
dormers. 2 storeys with attics and basement; regular 3 window front,
caches with two basement lights appearing over pavement. Central up
three doorways from street with panelled door, transom-light and flat
hood over on carved brackets. Cast-iron railings to north including
tall bollard-shaped standards, probably later C19.
