House. Early C19. Rendered on deep plinth with plain tiled hipped roof
and brick stack on ridge to rear. End-on to street. 2 storeys; single
window front, glazing bar sashes in segment-headed surrounds. Half-glazed
door to right in round-arched surround with blind fanlight above. Moulded
key-block over arch. Included for group value.
