House. Early C19. Stuccoed on plinth with flat wooden eaves soffit
to plain tiled roof. 2 storeys; 3 window front, glazing bar sashes
except bowed and recessed tripartite sash to right of centre. Panelled
door with transom-light over to left of centre with pilastered surround
and cornice-moulded hood hanging from iron ties. Shouldered segmental
arch at extreme right leading to rear of building.
