House. C16, underbuilt in later C18, restored in early C20. Timber-
framed with painted brick ground floor to street with painted banded flint
and brick to Potter's Lane. Close-studded first floor with rendered
infilling. Plain tiled roof with large gablet and hipped return. Left
end stack. 2 storeys with jetty over ground floor; single window front
to Southover High Street, 3-light mullioned window on first floor with
5-light on ground floor, both with diamon lattice casements. 2 window
right return front with door at extreme left.
