St Leonards
TQ 7909 21/289
Circa 1830-40. Probably by James Burton. Stuccoed Tudor style with low-pitched
roof with wide eaves and gables with shaped and pierced barge boards. Roof clad
in new interlocking tiles. Asymmetrical design. 2 and 3 storeys. 2-light casements
and sashes in chamfered reveals some with Tudor dripmoulds. Chimneys with octagonal
pots. Including basement area railings to Archery Road.
