Circa 1800. Brick, front painted, supported by very tall arched basement. 3 storeys.
Ground floor four very tall round-arched windows, 1st floor iron balcony on cast
iron brackets with 2 canted bays of sashes without glazing bars, 2nd floor 2 sashes
without glazing bars with louvred shutters. Slate hipped roof.

No 11, Harpsichord House and West Hill Villa form a group.
