Circa 1800. Painted mathematical tile front on brick base, tile-hung sides. Slate
hipped roof. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide, sashes with glazing bars
in flush casing. To right fielded-panel door in tall pilastered doorcase with
frieze, and wide cornice, and rectangular fanlight with glazing bars.

Nos 48 to 54 (even) form a group of which No 54 is a building of local interest only.
