Circa 1830 by James Burton. Stuccoed pair, ground floor rusticated. Parapet, raised at centre, and cornice. Three storeys and basement, three bays wide. Two canted bay windows, the centre windows in moulded architraves, all sashes without glazing bars. First floor continuous ornate cast iron balcony with tent-shaped canopy over. Ground floor central wide segmental-headed opening contains the two doorways with continuous moulded impost. Slate roof. Including No 116's area balustrade.

Nos 111 to 127 (consec) form group.
