Circa 1840-50. Terrace of large houses, Stuccoed. Slate roofs, with console
brackets to eaves. Round headed dormers. 4 storeys, attic and basement. 30 windows.
Slightly projecting 3 and 6 window bays rising to another storey above eaves with
hipped roofs. Round-headed 2nd floor and attic windows in moulded architraves,
2nd floor with bracketed cills. Tall rectangular 1st floor windows in moulded
architraves with balcony with balustrade and ogee-shaped canopy with shaped frieze.
Doorways with rectangular fanlights and large brackets supporting projecting balcony
above. All sashes without glazing bars.

Nos 1 to 20 (consec) form a group.
