Built in about 1852. Flint with red brick dressings (No 27 painted). Parapet and moulded stone cornice. Two storeys. Three windows. Sashes with glazing bars in brick surrounds with keystones. Brick string course and quoins. Central elliptical headed carriageway with keyblock.

Nos 25 to 28 (consec) form a group.
