Early C19. Stuccoed. Rusticated ground floor. Low-pitched slate roof, hipped,
moulded eaves cornice. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide, sashes without
glazing bars. 1st floor modern French windows to plain wood balustered balcony
which replaces the original.
