Built of flint with stone dressings and tiled roof. Chancel, nave with
aisles, and west tower with broached shingled spire.
C13 with later windows, spire rebuilt in 1774, the whole restored in 1856.
The church contains a series of C20 mural paintings by Quentin and Vanessa
Bell and Duncan Grant of 1942-3. Monument to John Nutt dated 1656. Easter
Sepulchre and Piscinia.
