This was originally the east wing of the mansion and then had 2 storeys
and an attic, but the floors have since disappeared. Red brick. Steeply-pitched
tiled roof with gable end north and south. The west front has one blocked
window of 3 lights with stone mullions and a dripstone over and 2 blocked
doorways at first floor level. The north front has one similar window on
the ground floor, a blocked window of 2 tiers of 3 lights with 4-centred
heads on first floor and a blocked attic window of 2 lights. The east front
has a projection at the south end, a massive chimney breast, and one blocked
window on each floor. Wide stone fireplace inside on ground and first floors
with moulded stone jambs and lintel.
