C15 timber-framed house, restored and enlarged, now faced with red brick
on ground floor and tile-hung above. Hipped tiled roof. Two small narrow
gables containing attic windows and one dormer between them. Modern windows.
Stone porch with caryatid columns, cornice and gable with cartouche in it.
Two storeys and attic. Five windows. Modern L-wing added behind. C16
wall paintings inside.
