Square C18 house, originally the Rectory. In 1760 it was occupied by the
Reverend Thomas Turner who figures, in Thomas Turner's Diary. Two storeys
and attic. Three windows. Three dormers. Red brick and grey headers with
a stuccoed front, possibly added later. Ground floor rusticated. Cornice
and high parapet with panels of balustrading in front of the dormer windows.
Glazing bars intact. Porch with Doric columns, triglyph frieze and projecting
cornice, the whole standing at the head of 4 steps with iron handrail.
Wing to north of red brick and grey headers.
