1860 circa. Three storeys. Main portion 3 windows. Stuccoed, ground floor
rustication and with long and short quoins above. Heavy eaves bracket cornice.
Hipped slate roof. Two large bays of 3 windows each on ground and first floors.
Porch between with coupled square and round columns and parapet over. To
east is a recessed wing of 2 storeys and 6 windows with a recessed veranda
of 2 columns.
