Sheep folding barn with yard attached. Dated 1823. Flint with brick dressings,
slate roof. 3 bay barn. Central 2 leaf doors under brick segmental arches. Half
hipped end gables to roof. Enclosed yard has single storey hipped roofed stalls,
open feeding trough, cut stone slots for hurdle entrances to yard and stalls. Yard
designed to pen sheep by lifts rather than gates. Included as an early example of
a Downs sheep fold.
