Circa 1825. Architect probably John Montier of Tunbridge Wells. Two storeys.
Two windows. Ground floor rusticated stone, above imitation timbering
with elaborate decorative plasterwork. The north-west end of the first
floor oversails on elaborate brackets. Gabled ends with elaborate carved
bargeboards, pendants and finials. Two corbel heads and the letter "A"
of the Abergavenny Estate.
