TQ 5835 35/294 Eridge Cottage
One of the ornamental cottages on the Eridge Caste Estate. Circa 1825.
Architect probably John Montier of Tunbridge Wells. Two storeys. Three
windows. Stuccoed. Tiled roof. All windows small fancy bays projecting
on corbel heads, those on the ground floor with fancy glazing and tiled
hoods, those on first floor with carved brackets and small gables over
containing corbel heals.
