Circa 1850. Also designed by Samuel Daukes in the same style as Horsted Place:
Tudor Gothic. Two storeys. Three windows. Red brick with a diaper pattern
of grey headers. Eaves cogging cornice. Tiled roof. Casement windows with
diamond-shaped panes. The central window bay projects with a small gable over.
Gabled porch containing a 4 centred doorway.
