This house, which was originally called Trimmer's Pond has been brought from
another site and re-erected here. C16 timber-framed building with plaster
infilling and curved breaces on first floor, on a stone base. Stone slate
roof. Casement windows with diamond-shaped panes. One large window of four
sections with wooden divisions. Pointed wooden doorway. Stone chimney stack
at east end, the top portion red brick.
