Late C18. Grey headers with red brick dressings. Rear and side elevations rendered.
Hipped slate roof. Red brick chimneys.
3 storeys. Red brick modillion eaves cornice to projecting wooden eaves, further
exaggerated by moulded gutter. 3 ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing
bars. Central window of 1st floor blocked. Doorway in centre of ground floor,
flanked by 2 Tuscan pilasters with a pronounced entasis, carrying pulvinated frieze
and dentilled pediment. Door in panelled reveals, and up 1 ashlar step, with 2
panels glazed.
2 storey extension to rear with tiled lean-to roof.

Nos 3 to 31 (odd) and the Little House form a group with Nos 1, 2 & 6
Bakers Arms Hill.
