Late C18. [Marked on 1785 map]. Brick, with north front stuccoed. Partly tile-hung
on south side. Half-hipped tile roof.
2 storeys. 2 double-hung sash windows on ground floor. 1 tripartite double-hung
sash window on ground floor. One C19 4-panelled door in plain deep reveal.

Nos 3 to 31 (odd) and the Little House form a group with Nos 1, 2 & 6
Bakers Arms Hill.
