Early Cl8, with late C18 front to north. Grey brick headers with red brick dressings.
Hipped tile roof. Red brick chimneys.
2 storeys and attics. Deep stucco frieze to coved stucco cornice and blocking
course. 3 ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. 2 attic dormers
with modern windows. Door with fi fielded panels, in plain reveals, moulded surround,
and pediment over supported by consoles. '

Nos 3 to 31 (odd) and the Little House form a group with Nos 1, 2 & 6
Bakers Arms Hill.
