House, now community centre. C17. Coursed and uncoursed flint with red brick
dressings and ashlar quoins. Red brick modillion eaves cornice to plain tiled roof
with tall diagonal brick stack with oversailing cornice to left at rear and projecting
stack of similar type at right-hand end. Two storeys; slightly irregular 4 window
front. Sashes, those in the outer bays on the ground-floor tripartite. All windows
on ground-floor with segment heads. Entrance under second first-floor window from
right with panelled door and deep reveals. Large entablature hood on pilaster strips.
