Includes No 1 East Street (Smart's Corner).
Mid-to-late C18. 3 storey. 3 windows. Hipped tiled roof. Later stucco.
Parapet, partly returned to East Street. Keystones over windows, glazing bars
in centre of lst floor only. Smaller windows on 2nd floor. Late C19 shop front
panelled pilasters, triangular headed fascia brackets.
Return to East Street Painted brick. 1 window and 3 on No 1 East Street.
Canted bay shop window (in similar style to High Street front) with canted bay
window over. Rubbed brick flat arches to other windows on 1st and 2nd floors.
Some glazing bars intact. Modern shop front on North end of No 1 East Street.

Nos 61 to 69 (odd) form a group.
