Early C19. 4 storeys and basements (railings lost to No 3). Cornice and parapet
(cornice missing on south front of No 3). 5 sash windows and one blind window
per floor facing south. No 3 stuccoed, No 4 cemented. Glazing bars missing
in No 4. East front of No 3 has 4 sash windows, including a canted bay of 3
(2nd floor central window paired). Steps to paired doorway. Rectangular fanlights
and 6 panel doors (4 panels glazed on No 4). Modern balcony on No 3.

Nos 3 to 20 (consec) South Terrace and East Garden Wall of No 3 form a group.
