Originally part of a 4 house terrace with Nos 8-10. Late C18/early Cl9 with
later stucco, full height canted bay and mansard attic above cornice and parapet.
3 storey, attic and basement with area. 4 sash windows including canted bay
of 3, also blind windows shared with No 8. Windows on right on 1st and 2nd
floors have shouldered architraves. Canted bay dormer windows with some glazing
bars in mansard. Round headed entrance with keystone slightly proud of band
over ground floor. 6 panel door.

Nos 3 to 20 (consec) South Terrace and East Garden Wall of No 3 form a group.
