Originally a pair. Early C19, storeys and basement with area. 2 sash windows
each. Stuccoed with curved fronts. Ground floors with horizontal chanelling.
Band and cornice above 2nd floor. Originally a parapet over this and 2 dormers
but top floor of No 12 has been built on flush with remainder of house and has
cornice. Hooded balconies 1st floor, No 11 glazed, No 12 part glazed. Most
glazing bars intact. Windows have architraves on 2nd floor and a label on lst
floor of No 12. Doorways with rectangular fanlights. Former 10 panel doors
have each lost 6 panels (glazed).

Nos 3 to 20 (consec) South Terrace and East Garden Wall of No 3 form a group.
